Founder and Chairman of Zalcon Productions, Alison Robertson Baumann, has a long and rich history in the entertainment business that includes theatre, music, writing and feature films. A graduate of the London’s Literary Institute, she is a novelist, short story writer, and an award winning writer-director. The first film that she wrote and produced—titled “Lorean”—screened at the New York Modern Museum of Art, won Best Director and Best Actress at NYU, and placed second in the Mobile Awards. Her second film—titled “What’s next”—went on to win the Finalist Award at the Houston International Festival.
Writer/producer, Rita Grant-Miller is a graduate of The American Film Institute Conservatory. She has worked in both television and feature films for over twenty years. Besides writing screenplays, her credits include the recent theatre production of “Snowangel,” which she produced for Zalcon Productions along with numerous television credits, including movies-of-the-week’s, mini-series, and “The History of Rock&Roll.” Her feature films film credits range from “The Naked Gun” series, "Ghost Busters, " "I Love Trouble,” “Yellow Pages,” “Rent-A-Cop,” and “Lexie” and have taken her to locations around the world.
Passionate about the arts, Zalcon Productions produced the 2006, critically acclaimed production of Lewis John Carlino’s play, “Snowangel,” in Los Angeles, and is currently preparing to produce their first major feature films, “Abandoned Wells” and "Spiritual Supermarket," based on the novels by A. R. Baumann.
